Qualifications:
BA (hons) Design 1st class, Loughborough University
PGCE ( secondary schools) Design, Technology and ART
(Presently completing MA in Management)

permission and apply for full plans approval from the building regulations. We
can provide all documentation and drawings and all administration required

We can supply all our own
recommended tried and trusted contractors to carry out
a wide variety of renovation and decoration
work for you.
This includes builders, plumbers, electricians, decorators and
carpenters.
However, we do work with clients own contractors if preferred.

Project Coordination Service includes.

Site visits during
installation of furniture and all fittings.
•
Co-ordination of all contractors, producing scope of works document and
schedule of works.
•
Ensuring all works completed is in line with works agreed with the client
and Interior designer.
•
Problem solving when unexpected variations to specification
of works occur.
•
Key holder capacity to assist in ease of access to property.
•
Reasonable availability on the telephone during normal business hours.
•
Liaison with all agencies such as planning, conservation, listed
buildings and building control.
•
Keeping a safe, clean and tidy site.
